The project entailed the complete demolition of the existing building down to the structural steel. The importance of keeping the steel frame was that in dramatically reduced the construction time of the project and made the demolition of the existing building possible.

The design provides a new exterior and new building core. The building consists of 11 stories above grade totaling 198,606-GSF of speculative office space and one level of below grade parking of 18,297-GSF.

Michael Winstanley AIA AICP was the Design Principal for the project during his tenure as Design Director at Leo A Daly.
